With an intense ruby red color, this wine is clear and rather consistent, the nose awakens the aromas of wild berries typical of the mediterranean scrub, in the mouth it is particularly intense and rather complex, but with a freshness that enhances hints of ripe red fruit, licorice and a light vanilla aroma, with soft and pleasant tannins.
The range of combinations is very broad and moves within the recipes of typical Tuscan home cooking, grilled beef and pork, medium-aged cheeses.
