Of an intense straw yellow color and with aromas of white peach, banana, jasmine and wild fennel. On the palate it is full, soft, with high minerality, excellent acidity and balanced flavour.

It goes well with recipes of fish, tuna, turbot, or with second courses of pork, cold cuts or low-seasoned cheeses.
