A slight clear straw yellow color acts as an olfactory corollary to this white wine, which is intense and consistent on the palate, with aromas of white fruits, and a light citrus scent with floral notes.
The food pairins are many: from blue fish, to scampi, up to white meats and cheeses with soft or low seasoning. A mineral, fresh and versatile wine.
