With an intense ruby red color , this wine is clear and rather consistent, the nose awakens the aromas of wild berries typical of the mediterranean scrub , in the mouth it is particularly intense and rather complex, but with a freshness that enhances hints of ripe red fruit, licorice and a light vanilla aroma, with soft and pleasant tannins.
The range of combinations is very broad and moves within the recipes of typical Tuscan home cooking, grilled beef and pork , medium-aged cheeses.
