This single variety vinified in barriques has an intense dark red colour tending to garnet, very intense. The nose is complex, fruity and floral with hints of black cherries, red fruits and violets.In the mouth it is sumptuos and elegant, with a pleasant silky body that envelops the palate with balanced tannins.
It is perfect for pairing with meats such as duck, vension, roe, deer, pigeon, or with aged cheeses and truffle-based recipes. Excellent even if accompanied with dark chocolate.
