A single variety vinified in very intense ruby red barriques, with a fruity aroma with hints of raspberries and currant and enriched with spicy notes and red flowers. An elegant wine that retains good freshness, excellent balance and high refinment.
It is a perfect pairing with pork,red meats, braised or medium-aged cheeses as well as with vegeterian options based with legumes.
